Born in Germany, grew up in Washington State, now residing near Tampa, Florida. A highly motivated full stack web developer with a drive and belief that everyone deserves an exceptional website capable of maximizing there potential profit.

The owner and brains behind Reanimation Corp; I spend most of my time crafting and working on awesome projects.

Responsibilities & Accomplishments:
  • Finding and converting new clients through social networking and email marketing.
  • Consoluting with clients to determine what they think they need vs what they really need to save them both time and money.
  • Development of new and existing brands utilizing the latest technologies keeping your website future proof such as Wordpress, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, NodeJS, etc...
  • Working with existing code to develop a custom solution for clients needs through CMS plugins, HVMC frameworks, or other custom work.
  • Always available support & maintenance should a problem ever arise.
2012 - 2017

Head Developer & System Operations (Part Owner) - Dev-Host LLC

Responsibilities & Accomplishments:
  • Re-coded the existing PERL site to an HMVC PHP 5 Framework composing of a modular site structure.
  • Created an easily expandable script to scale multiple servers utilizing JSON, AJAX, jQuery, Postmessage and HTML5 technologies with real time upload progress through a PHP PECL extension.
  • Managed a fast growing file sharing/hosting website targeting developers generating over 40GB of traffic a day over multiple linked servers serving files through an optimization apache and nginx setup.
  • CRON jobs to keep the servers clean erasing old files not downloaded in a certain timeframe and deleting them from the drive; all new uploads are scanned within 5 minutes of being uploaded for viruses and status displayed on the website to warn users of potential viruses before downloading.
  • Streamlined the website increasing traffic through search engine optimization, integrating social media share links, and implementing OpenID and OAuth login protocols.
  • Increased revenue from $5,000 a month to $60,000 a month.
2010 - 2012

Head of Web Development - BobCAD-CAM, Inc.

Responsibilities & Accomplishments:
  • Created custom Wordpress plugins that integrate with the backend database structure and code base.
  • Re-coded the companies back end operations on a HMVC PHP 5 framework making development 100 times faster and easier to read utilizing ORM database objects and adding structure to the project.
  • Developed the back-end side known as the backoffice; which consists of the entire companies daily operations. From marketing pulling lists for mailings and PPC lead tracking, sales adding new cold call leads to the database and managing their designated territories through notes and personal alarms to putting in orders for new customers, to verification processing orders and handling licenses by assigning products to existing licenses or getting the product registered on the customers computer, to support helping customers through a custom ticket system.
  • Produced client side JavaScript bookmarklets and server side CURL operated web scripts to crawl and scrap leads from Google and other websites by keywords.
  • Pulled sales leads on a regular basis through complex SQL queries.
  • Incorporated various Google API’s into the companies back-end operation; including Google Charts API on reports, Google Maps API to show visual feedback on top demo downloading areas and top selling areas in the country, and a custom Google maps PHP parsing script I called ‘Googleize’ that auto populates address, phone, and URL fields for a record based on just a company name and city/state.

Contract Head Developer & System Operations - Swurve Media Corp

Responsibilities & Accomplishments:
  • Build out multiple complete social networking sites on a HMVC PHP 5 framework composing of a modular site structure, object classes, user functionality, administration tools, merchant account processing, and a complete integrated affiliate system with per sale and rev-share models.
  • Duties include the development of new features adhering to the Systems Development Life Cycle methodology, performance tuning of the code and Apache/MySQL server, and A/B testing
  • Installed, configured, and optimized the Apache and MySQL servers along with the normalization of the database in a Linux cloud environment.
  • Integrated technologies involved include JSON, AJAX, XML, NodeJS, jQuery, a proprietary real time flash video chat and instant messenger developed in Flash CS3 with ActionScript 3.0, and API processing from a third party merchant account for transactions.
  • Multiple CRON jobs setup to aid in everyday tasks and backend scripts to help maintain the database in a fast and user friendly way.
2004 - 2010

Senior Developer - Personal Lifestyle Media, Inc.

(Acquired by Avid Life Media, Inc.)
Responsibilities & Accomplishments:
  • Converted site operations from classic ASP to ASP.NET 3.5 (VB.NET) making use of master pages, OOP, and modulated classes helping to make development easier to expand functionality of the site.
  • Optimized backend scripts to make use of multithreading techniques using AJAX/JSON in a multi server environment.
  • Converted heavy site data and performance intensive operations to Stored Procedures, Triggers, and DTS Packages in SQL Server 2005/2008.
  • Created over 50 marketing programs utilizing VB6, VB.NET, and C#.NET which brought in over 1 million new registrants and thousands of paying members generating over $250k a month in revenue.
  • Developed a multithreaded standalone VB.NET application to mass mail over 6 million registered users on a daily bases using a Linux base StrongMail SMTP server.
  • Enterprise development environment with multiple web servers, database servers, and application servers running IIS, Windows Server 2003, and SQL Server 2005/2008 driving multiple websites.
  • Operated in an Agile Development Life Cycle (ADLC) approach to development making use of a ticket system and requiring heavy testing and quality control of one’s work before deployment.
  • Daily operations entail ADLC development of new features, quality control testing of pending/current tasks, and performance tuning of existing projects either on the coding front-end or database back-end.
